Тема: «Fashion»
Коммуникативная ситуация: «Individual style»
Цель: формирование коммуникативной компетенции учащихся в рамках коммуникативной ситуации урока «Individual style»
Прогнозируемый результат: предполагается, что к концу урока учащиеся смогут вести диалог-интервью в объёме не менее 6 реплик на каждого собеседника в рамках коммуникативной ситуации урока «Individual style»
Задачи:
- способствовать формированию грамматических навыков употребления косвенных вопросов;
- способствовать развитию логики и памяти у обучаемых и овладению основными способами мыслительной деятельности (сравнение, анализ, обобщение);
- способствовать развитию творческого отношения к учебной деятельности
Формы работы:
- фронтальная
- индивидуальная
- парная
Оборудование: компьютер, интерактивная доска, раздаточный материал
Организационно-мотивационный этап
T: Good afternoon my dear students. I hope you are fine today. Tell me please what associations do you have when you hear a word “fashion”? (учащиеся подходят к доске и записывают слова-ассоциации вокруг слова “fashion”, слайд 2).
T: One of the associations is the word “fashion designer”. Look through the description of one famous person and try to guess who the person is (упр. 1, стр. 102, слайд 3).
Операционно-познавательный этап
T: Now let’s do exercise 2a at page 102. Your task is to read questions that David Beckham was once asked by a journalist and think how David Beckham answered them. Discuss this questions in pairs.
T: I see that you have good imagination. Now let’s do exercise 2b at page 103 and learn what David Beckham answered in reality. How many answers have you guessed with your partner?
T: now look at the table at page 103 and compare the direct questions with the reported ones and answer the question (слайд 4)
1. What verbs are used to report questions?
2. What conjunctions are used in reported questions? Why?
3. What are the differences between direct questions and reported questions?
4. Are reported questions questions or statements?
Read the rule at page 283 and check your answers.

T: I’ll give you shits of paper with the words on them and your task is to stay in a line in order to make a reported question.
Reported questions for the task:
The journalist asks what David does after he plays a match.
The journalist wants to know who helps David to choose the clothes he wears.
The journalist wondered if David had ever made mistakes of wearing the wrong clothes.

T: What would you ask David Beckham, if you could ask one question?
Now let’s make exercise “marry-go-round”. You should stand in two circles inner and outer. Students in outer circle read their questions to students in inner circle. Students in inner circle report these questions (учащиеся выполняют упражнение «подшипник»).
T: Now let’s do exercise 4a at page 104. Your task is to write the questions fashion guru using the prompts.
Let’s check your questions (слайд 5)
T: let’s do exercise 4b at page 104. Your task is to work in pairs and make up an interview for the TV programme “Ask a star”. One student is TV programme host who reports TV viewer’s questions. The other student is a fashion guru who answers these questions (студенты составляют диалоги и представляют классу).

T: Tell me please what question would you ask your mum when you come home.
Students’ answers: I would ask what we are going to eat.
I would ask how is she.
I would ask is she needs any help…
T: Thank you for work today. Your marks are…
